The house is in Feilluns, a small village that is both quiet and active, with a travelling grocer 5 days a week, and all commodities about twenty minutes, at St Paul de Fenouillet.

Good access to a selection of airports: about 45 minutes from Perpignan Airport, 1h45 from Caracassonne airport, 2hrs from Beziers & Girona airport and 2h30 from Toulouse airport.
A car is needed as there is no public transportation.
Cars can be parked in two garages, or in front of the house.

Annex : charming renovated stone barn adjoining the house.
The water and electricity connections are already planned to make it a studio at the ground floor but we have not completed the project. The electricity has to be finished.
Upstairs, summer kitchen and terrace.
Please note, regarding this terrace, it has happened that we have had infiltrations in the event of heavy rain and stagnant water, we have a professional quote if you wish to make it perfectly waterproof.
Additional Details
The house was built in 1992 and we renovated it in 2014 when we acquired it.
It is immediately habitable, no work required.
