Property Description
This is a fabulous, recently renovated, 3-bedroom ground floor apartment in a village house just a few minutes from St Martin de Belleville. Great skiing on your doorstep in the 3 Valleys with Val Thorens and the end of the valley. Extensive summer activities from the apartment in summer.
The property has 80m2 of living space, and comprises:
An entrance into a 38 m2 living and dining area with a fully fitted open plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe - a spacious shower room and a separate WC.
The apartment comes with a ski locker at the front of the apartment where you can store several pairs of skis.
Sold fully furnished, with two parking spaces and a small garden.
The roof was fully renovated in 2006 and the outside rendered in 2024, no work needed.
St Martin de Belleville is a picture-postcard village resort that provides a charming and peaceful base from which to explore the 3 Valleys ski area. It is a traditional Savoyard village with wood and stone buildings, a church that is floodlit at night and a small square. From the village there is an eight-person gondola, which provides a direct link to the ridge that overlooks the valley of Méribel on one side and les Menuires and Val Thorens on the other. There are a number of friendly bars and quality restaurants in the village and a couple of nightspots too, as well as a more sedate piano bar.
The TGV station is in Moûtiers and the property is about 30 minutes from there. The nearest international airports are just over 2 hours away in Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble, with the seasonal airport in Chambéry an hour's ride away.
