Property Description
This renovated semi-detached village house is located in the centre of the village of Macot La Plagne at the foot of the road up to the resort of la Plagne Tarentaise. It has easy access to the whole of the fabulous Paradiski domain.
The property has approximately 80 m2 of living space and comprises:
An entrance hall leading to the semi open fitted kitchen area and 20m2 dining area with a pellet burner, a bathroom and WC.
On the next level is the 20m2 living area that opens onto a spacious terrace area.
On the next floor is the 16 m2 ensuite bedroom with balcony and a small hallway.
There is also a second bedroom under the eaves.
The village house comes with a 17m2 cave or wine tasting cellar, a cave, a private parking space and a lovely outside terrace area.
La Plagne is in the Savoie department of the Alps and is one of the largest ski resorts in Europe. It has more than 120 ski runs catering for all levels of ability. It is also linked to the popular resort of Les Arcs by cable car, so both resorts are within a few minutes of each other.
All of the ten villages that comprise La Plagne have good access to one another and contain many other activities aside from skiing and snow boarding. These include bowling, walking trails, hang-gliding, quad biking, gym/fitness training, paint balling and even bobsleighing. Aprés ski is provided by a multitude of restaurants, bars and nightspots, which offer something for everyone.
The closest international airports are at Lyon and Geneva, with Chambery an option during the alpine season.
Eurostar offers a direct train service to Bourg-St Maurice or Moutiers, which are both easily accessible. There are excellent road links to all villages in the resort.
