A Maison de Maître dating from 1868 in very good condition with central heating, on 3 levels of 140 m2 each, with living rooms and 2 offices on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a very large loft on the top floor under a magnificent roof structure. An independent 97 m2 flat with 2 bedrooms could be used as a gîte or for a caretaker.
